Based in Sherbrooke’s Distriq quantum innovation zone, QV Studio is a Canadian non-profit venture studio dedicated to turning world-class quantum research into scalable businesses. Their model combines entrepreneurial support, access to infrastructure, and pre-seed investment to help founders bring breakthrough technologies to market.
QV Studio partners with venture capital funds Quantonation and Quantacet to co-invest in startups, offering a three-year program that provides hands-on guidance, operational expertise, and connections to global quantum leaders.
Startups gain access to Espace Quantique 1 (EQ1), a 50,000-square-foot facility with labs, technical services, and state-of-the-art quantum infrastructure, as well as a network that includes IBM, Pascal, Nord Quantique, and other innovators.
Through their integrated approach, QV Studio de-risks early-stage ventures and fuels Canada’s leadership in the global quantum sector.
