RoBIM Technologies Inc. is a Canadian Physical AI company developing intelligent robotic fabrication systems for the construction industry. Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, RoBIM’s vision is to create the world’s first zeroprogramming, autonomous platform for prefabricating components for residential and commercial building projects. Its HIVE Robotic Fabrication Cell combines robotics, simulation software, artificial intelligence and modular infrastructure to transform digital building designs into intelligent robotic manufacturing workflows. RoBIM addresses critical industry challenges including labour shortages, declining productivity, rising costs and construction waste. In addition to selling robotic fabrication systems, the company is pioneering a Robotic-Fabrication-as-a-Service (RFaaS) model that provides building trades with on-demand access to advanced robotic production without significant capital investment.
