Their AI-native Cognitive Engine converts expert knowledge into digital assets, helping address training bottlenecks in fields that rely on a limited pool of experienced instructors.

Their work includes:

Physical XR digital twin simulators: Converting CT/MRI data into 3D-printed organ models paired with smart XR glasses to support pre-operative rehearsals.
Autonomous coaching: Multi-agent AI tutors designed to reduce trainer bottlenecks and increase training scalability.
Live biometric oversight: Monitoring gaze and latency to track cognitive load and provide real-time safety alerts.

Illumia Lab’s technology is being applied across defence, surgery, histology prosection, and remote health, with the goal of making specialized expertise more scalable while supporting operational and compliance needs.
