Deep Tech Canada invites you to apply to participate in our cleantech and advanced manufacturing trade mission for Tokyo, Japan, with an add-on mission to Seoul, Korea. Demand for participation is exceptionally high so we are now opening applications to participate.

ABOUT NANOTECH JAPAN

Nanotech Japan is one of the largest nanotechnology conferences and exhibitions in the world. Expected are over 43,000 visitors, 481 exhibitors from 32 different countries (nanotechexpo.jp). The Canadian pavilion will be designed such that business-to-business meetings can be held, and demonstrations of materials and instrumentation can take place.

Included in exhibitor registration

The Display Exhibitor registration category is designed for organizations looking to showcase their products or services during the trade mission. Exhibitors will have a prominent display space* to present their offerings, interact with potential clients, and network with other participants. This category is ideal for those seeking to actively engage in marketing and promotion.

The exhibitor will receive every item listed under the delegate registration, plus:

  • The organization will have its own personal display space at the Canadian pavilion during all three days of Nanotech Japan. This includes the organization’s logo and poster displayed as well as your own shelf to display materials and equipment (including an electrical outlet, storage space).

TRAVEL AND RELATED COSTS

The participant is responsible for airfare, hotel expenses, insurance, and all other expenses while on the mission to Japan and Korea. The entrance fee to the Nanotech Japan trade show and exhibition is included.

This trade mission is made possible through the generous support of the CanExport grant, a program offered by the Government of Canada aimed at assisting Canadian businesses in expanding their international reach. We are proud to acknowledge the contribution of the CanExport program, which has enabled us to offer this trade mission at subsidized prices, making it more accessible to Canadian businesses.

Application

The demand for participation in this mission is expected to be exceptionally high, and we encourage all interested organizations to submit their applications promptly. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Please mark your calendars and ensure your applications are submitted on or before this date. We are committed to a fair and efficient selection process, and organizations chosen to participate will be notified no later than Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Make sure to meet the application deadline to secure your chance to be a part of this exciting trade mission.
