Deep Tech Canada is pleased to welcome Jennifer Arndt, Danina Kapetanovic, and Leana Keto to its Board of Directors.

Jennifer Arndt is Managing Partner of the Calgary office of DLA Piper (Canada) LLP and a leading advisor in securities, corporate finance, and M&A. Her experience with TSX- and TSXV-listed companies across technology, life sciences, and energy sectors will bring valuable corporate and governance insight to the board. 

Danina Kapetanovic serves as Vice President of Innovation and Chief Health Innovation Officer for the Waterloo Regional Health Network and the University of Waterloo. She has led global health innovation initiatives, including Hacking Health, and brings deep expertise in digital health, innovation ecosystems, and cross-sector collaboration. 

Leana Keto is Associate Principal with BDC Capital’s Industrial Innovation Venture Fund, supporting early-stage science-based ventures. She has extensive experience in venture acceleration, investment strategy, and industrial innovation, and combines this with a technical background in engineering.
