Deep Tech Canada invites innovative Canadian companies to join our Smart Materials Co-Innovation and Trade Mission to Japan. This mission offers unparalleled access to key industry players and cutting-edge technologies at one of the largest nanotechnology conferences in the world. With limited spots available, secure your place by registering before October 4th, 2024!

Nanotech Japan is one of the largest nanotechnology conferences and exhibitions in the world. Expected are over 40,000 visitors, 480 exhibitors from 32 different countries (nanotechexpo.jp). The Canadian pavilion will be designed such that business-to-business meetings can be held, and demonstrations of materials and instrumentation can take place.
During the mission, a special joint seminar will be held in collaboration with the Trade Commissioner Service of the Embassy of Canada to Japan, Yamagata University Organic Electronics Research & Innovation Centers, and GSI Creos.
This seminar is best suited for Technology Readiness Level 4-5 smart materials companies and aims to help them start business discussions with some of Japan’s R&D industry leaders.

Attendees will have access to all trade mission sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, making it an ideal choice for those interested in learning, networking, and exploring potential business opportunities.
The Display Exhibitor registration category is designed for organizations looking to showcase their products or services during the mission. Exhibitors will have a prominent display space* to present their offerings, interact with potential clients, and network with other participants. This category is ideal for those seeking to actively engage in marketing and promotion.
The exhibitor will receive every item listed under the delegate registration, plus:

The participant is responsible for airfare, hotel expenses, insurance, and all other expenses while on the mission. The entrance fee to the nano tech Japan trade show and exhibition is included.
NRC IRAP clients may be eligible for travel funding support. Further details in registration.
We are excited to announce our partnership with Air Canada to offer all participants a flight discount on Air Canada flights originating from Canada.
The deadline to register is October 4th, 2024. Due to limited space, early registration is recommended. Deep Tech Canada reserves the right to refuse participation in this mission.
