Membership Terms and Conditions

By applying for membership, your organization confirms that it aligns with the vision and mission of Deep Tech Canada. All applications are subject to review and final approval by the Board of Directors. Applicants will be notified once a membership decision has been made.

If approved, membership fees are due within 30 days of invoicing. An interest charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to any overdue balances remaining unpaid after the 30-day payment period.

Please note that all membership fees are non-refundable.
